Bienvenido a Burning Chips. Al acceder y utilizar nuestros servicios, aceptas cumplir con los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Te recomendamos leerlos detenidamente antes de registrarte o participar en nuestras ofertas.

1. Naturaleza del servicio

Burning Chips es un equipo de póker que ofrece acuerdos de afiliación y beneficios de rakeback a jugadores en distintas salas de póker online. No operamos salas de juego ni gestionamos directamente fondos de los jugadores.

Burning Chips no gestiona, almacena ni tiene acceso directo a los fondos de los jugadores. Todas las transacciones se realizan exclusivamente dentro de las salas de póker correspondientes.

2. Elegibilidad

Para acceder a nuestros servicios, el usuario debe:

  • Ser mayor de 18 años (o la edad legal requerida en su jurisdicción).

  • Cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables en su país de residencia.

  • Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada.

3. Restricciones geográficas

Nuestros servicios NO están disponibles para residentes de ciertos países o jurisdicciones.

En particular, no aceptamos afiliaciones de jugadores residentes en:

  • Argentina

  • Colombia

Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar o cancelar cualquier afiliación que incumpla esta política, así como de restringir el acceso a usuarios de cualquier otra jurisdicción según cambios regulatorios o políticas internas.

4. Afiliaciones y rakeback

  • Los acuerdos de rakeback están sujetos a los términos específicos de cada sala de póker.

  • El porcentaje de rakeback puede variar según volumen de juego, sala y condiciones individuales.

  • Los acuerdos pueden ser modificados en caso de cambios en las políticas, estructuras de rake o condiciones de afiliación de las salas de póker.

  • Los pagos de rakeback podrán realizarse de forma semanal o mensual, según el acuerdo individual con cada jugador.

  • Los pagos están sujetos a la correcta acreditación por parte de las salas de póker y pueden verse afectados por retrasos o incidencias externas.

  • Burning Chips se reserva el derecho de ajustar fechas de pago en caso de retrasos operativos, técnicos o condiciones externas.

  • Podrán aplicarse mínimos de pago según las condiciones de cada acuerdo.

5. Uso indebido y fraude

Está estrictamente prohibido cualquier intento de abuso del sistema.

Esto incluye, pero no se limita a:

  • Multi-accounting (uso de múltiples cuentas)

  • Chip dumping

  • Colusión o soft play

  • Cualquier práctica destinada a manipular el sistema de rake o beneficios

Burning Chips se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar cualquier afiliación en caso de detectar este tipo de actividades, sin obligación de previo aviso.

6. Conducta del jugador

Burning Chips se reserva el derecho de evaluar la conducta general del jugador y tomar decisiones en consecuencia para proteger la integridad del equipo, sus acuerdos comerciales y su ecosistema de juego.

7. Responsabilidad del jugador

El jugador es responsable de:

  • Cumplir con las reglas de las salas de póker donde participa.

  • Declarar impuestos o ingresos según la legislación de su país.

  • Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.

8. Juego responsable

Promovemos el juego responsable. El póker implica riesgos financieros y no garantizamos ganancias. Recomendamos jugar dentro de tus límites.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

Burning Chips no será responsable por:

  • Pérdidas económicas derivadas del juego.

  • Problemas técnicos o fallas en las salas de póker.

  • Cambios en las políticas o funcionamiento de plataformas externas.

10. Terminación del servicio

Burning Chips se reserva el derecho de finalizar cualquier afiliación en cualquier momento, especialmente en casos de incumplimiento de estos términos o comportamiento considerado inapropiado o perjudicial.

La terminación del servicio no dará derecho a compensación alguna, salvo acuerdos previamente establecidos.

11. Privacidad

La información proporcionada por los usuarios será utilizada únicamente para fines operativos y de afiliación.

Burning Chips no se responsabiliza por el manejo de datos realizado por las salas de póker externas.

12. Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán efectivos desde su publicación en esta página.

  • Rakeback payments may be issued on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the individual agreement.

  • Payments are subject to proper reporting and crediting by the poker rooms and may be affected by external delays or issues.

  • Burning Chips reserves the right to adjust payment schedules due to operational, technical, or external conditions.

  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply depending on the agreement.

5. Misuse and Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the system is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Multi-accounting

  • Chip dumping

  • Collusion or soft play

  • Any practice intended to manipulate the rake or benefit systems

Burning Chips reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliation upon detection of such activities, without prior notice.

6. Player Conduct

Burning Chips reserves the right to evaluate player behavior and take action accordingly in order to protect the integrity of the team, its commercial agreements, and its ecosystem.

7. Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for:

  • Complying with the rules of the poker rooms they participate in.

  • Declaring taxes or income in accordance with their local laws.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

8. Responsible Gaming

We promote responsible gaming. Poker involves financial risk and we do not guarantee profits. Players are encouraged to play within their limits.
